Vision

We believe in you.

We believe that everyone has unique talents that are just waiting to be discovered and nurtured. It's not about being the best, but about getting the best out of yourself. And we are convinced that there is a lot to do! You don't have to be perfect, but you do have to be enthusiastic about what you do!

We support you individually.

Everyone is different and that's a good thing! So together we ask ourselves questions like: Do you want to be able to play pieces from sheet music or freely from harmonies? Do you just want to play an instrument or also sing along? Would you like to write your own songs? Which genre interests you? What role models do you have? In what context would you like to make music?

We set you goals.

We want to achieve your goals together with you. That's why we work with you to find suitable goals and take the next steps to achieve them. As not one teacher can cover everything, we work closely together as a team at the Academy of Music and work with you to find out where your place is.

We trust in your passion.

Our teachers want to be role models and companions for you, because we have had and continue to have them along the way. That's why we encourage our teachers to remain artistically active and continue to develop themselves. This keeps them up to date and enthusiastic about what they teach and the pupils enthusiastic about their teachers and what they can pass on to them.

Nobody is perfect.

Making mistakes is part of the learning process. This is the only way we can continue to develop. That's why even those who can't yet perform their piece perfectly are allowed on stage. In order to develop, constructive criticism in the context of fundamental acceptance of others is necessary. As a team at the Academy of Music and as teachers, we live this with all our students.
