For many of us, this is how our musical careers began: Recorder lessons! Hardly any instrument is better suited than the recorder for entering the great world of music. There are many arguments in favour of the instrument: good-sounding instruments are available at a low price, learning the basics is relatively easy and there is no lack of physical activity either, because breathing has to be controlled and regulated by the diaphragm. There is countless literature for all levels of difficulty, especially from the Renaissance and Baroque periods. The recorder can be played alone, in pairs, in a brass band or in an orchestra.
The relatively small Woodwind instrument is suitable for beginners and professionals alike: The basics can be learnt quickly and there are almost no limits to virtuosity. Do you offer recorder lessons for children?
Whether young or old: you are welcome here. Children and young people learn intuitively and playfully, which is why we emphasise the joy of experimentation and discovery. Even in the first few lessons, children of all ages can learn to play simple songs on the recorder. A quick sense of achievement is guaranteed!
Our professional teachers are all trained in music education and incorporate technique and theory into the lessons in a child-orientated and didactically sensible way.
You can start directly if your child has already chosen an instrument or already has previous knowledge. If your child is still unsure which instrument is best, we recommend attending the Instrument carousels.

Are there recorder lessons for adults?
Did you learn to play the recorder as a child and stopped at some point? Then we will be happy to help you start recorder lessons again! Can I learn to play the recorder with you as a beginner?
Getting started on the recorder is very easy for beginners. You will realise in the very first lesson that you can produce a sound immediately and concentrate on making music very quickly.We pay attention to correct breathing and solid posture, without you losing the joy of playing. With us, you'll be making music from the very first lesson!
